Again.. calves are the new biceps. Now, we say (Hit them hard for ‘most’). However, it’s evident (Especially from all of the emails we receive), that we aren’t all created equal. Some FitBuzzers are blessed with great calves/quads and legs in general. Those individuals simply need to focus on training a little differently. And that’s where part 2 to NNBB comes in, with specialization towards different body types/goals…
